A company is looking for a Medical Only Claims Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of medical only workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Investigate claims for coverage, document analyses, and notify teams of potential issues
• Oversee medical aspects of claims, coordinate care, and maintain accurate claim documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Associate in Claims (AIC) or other insurance designation preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• One or more years of experience in a customer service environment with exposure to medical terminology
