Medical Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Operations Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee appointment management and provide support to clinicians during their shifts
• Manage technical and IT coordination, including opening and following up on support tickets
• Engage in communication and escalation processes to address clinician inquiries and operational issues

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or a related field
• A degree is not required if the candidate has relevant experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with various software platforms, including EMRs, Jira, and Slack
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
