Medical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and operational guidance to providers and internal teams regarding telehealth regulations and policies
• Lead investigation and resolution of operational, clinical, or compliance-related issues raised by stakeholders
• Supervise the Provider Administrative Support Team and ensure high-quality non-clinical support for providers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical operations, clinical operations, regulatory operations, or telehealth environments
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, DEA regulations, state licensure requirements, and telehealth compliance frameworks
• Experience supervising and managing support teams, including offshore or overseas staff
• Familiarity with EHR and CRM platforms and telehealth operational tools
