Medical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Operations Manager - Regulatory & Escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers regarding telehealth regulations and internal policies
• Lead investigation and resolution of operational, clinical, or compliance-related issues
• Supervise the Provider Administrative Support Team and manage non-clinical support operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical operations, clinical operations, regulatory operations, or telehealth environments
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, DEA regulations, and telehealth compliance frameworks
• Experience supervising and managing support teams, including offshore staff
• Proven ability to develop or maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational policies
