Medical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of a provider network, the full-time Medical Operations Specialist will monitor provider schedules, ensure operational consistency, and serve as a key point of contact for providers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor provider adherence to schedules and workflows, providing operational coverage during assigned evening and weekend hours
• Address provider inquiries and concerns promptly while tracking key operational and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvements in provider operations

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider support, or administrative operations
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and workflow management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume operational workflows
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
