Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical and Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
- Develop procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor quality and identify training opportunities for coders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Production environment or in a supervisory role
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST
