Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical and Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
• Develop procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor quality activities and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Production environment or in a supervisory role
• Experience in coaching or training employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for shift schedules
