Medical Payer Strategy Director

Job Summary

Driving the development and execution of market access strategies, the full-time remote Medical Payer Strategy Director will manage payer, IDN guidelines, and clinical pathway strategies within the Eye Care and Neurotoxins therapeutic areas while collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical affairs access strategies across all access channels for innovative medical products
• Participate in cross-functional teams to provide market access scientific and pharmacoeconomic expertise
• Lead the creation of strategic resources and training materials for the Value & Access Field teams

Required qualifications

• Advanced education (PhD, PharmD, PA, NP) highly preferred
• Typically 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of managed care
• Proven leadership experience in a cross-functional environment, particularly in Eye Care or Neuroscience
• Ability to independently advance RWE studies and medical affairs directed research
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
