Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Payment Poster.

Key Responsibilities

Process and post payments, including cash, checks, and EOBs to patient accounts
Batch claims and reconcile deposits for accuracy and timely entry
Communicate with insurance providers to resolve unapplied cash and adjustments

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in cash posting and medical billing
Experience with NexGen EHR systems; eClinicalWorks and/or Epic preferred
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Healthcare industry knowledge, particularly with FQHCs
Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work
