Medical Plan Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Medical Plan Analyst will analyze plan documents to accurately build and maintain group set-up in the Qiclink System, ensuring precise coding and documentation for medical plans.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately code self-funded and fully insured groups based on plan documents and update coding for plan changes
• Set up and maintain HRA processing plans while auditing the accuracy of completed tasks
• Coordinate with documentation and account management staff to ensure accurate coding of complex benefit levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience with building and coding medical, dental, and vision plans
• At least 3 years of experience using the Qiclink system
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding terminology required
• Proficient in Excel and Word, with experience or ability to learn Microsoft Access
