Medical Plan Builder

Job Summary

Medical Plan Builder is a full-time remote position responsible for analyzing medical plan documents and accurately building and maintaining clients' benefit plans using the VBA processing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate plan documents to ensure accurate coding of benefit levels
• Code/update benefits and assist in the auto adjudication of claims
• Thoroughly test changes for renewals, new plans, and amendments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with building and coding medical, dental, and vision plans
• 2-3 years of experience on the VBA system
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9 coding terminology
• General knowledge of federal laws affecting self-funding
• Proficient in Excel and Word programs
