Medical Plan Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Medical Plan Configuration Analyst will analyze plan documents to accurately build and maintain group set-up in the Qiclink System, ensuring proper coding for self-funded and fully insured groups.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately code and update plan documents for self-funded and fully insured groups
• Maintain HRA processing plans and manage prescription accumulator sharing
• Audit tasks for accuracy and coordinate with staff to resolve coding issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with building and coding medical, dental, and vision plans
• At least 3 years of experience using the Qiclink system
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience in Microsoft Access preferred
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding terminology
