A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Policy to join their Medical Policy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the review of clinical literature and guidelines to develop coverage criteria for medical services, devices, and technologies
• Conduct health technology assessments and coordinate clinical reviews with specialty-matching physicians
• Draft and maintain the medical policy library, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational clarity

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare, with 3-5 years focused on medical policy development or clinical research
• Experience in people leadership and managing clinical professionals
• Proficiency in leveraging clinical databases for literature reviews and evidence evaluation
• Expertise in interpreting complex clinical data and conducting health technology assessments
