Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test scenarios for medical policies
• Analyze and troubleshoot erroneous results and suggest solutions
• Conduct regression testing of medical policies to ensure accuracy and quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Health plan operations experience working with medical policies, edits, or claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and quickly apply new material
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with ease
