Medical Promotional Review Consultant

Job Summary

Providing compliant and scientifically sound solutions, the part-time Medical Promotional Review Consultant will oversee the medical advertising promotional review process, participate in Promotion Review Committee meetings, and ensure the accuracy of promotional materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review independent scientific and medical materials for assigned projects and provide strategic guidance during PRC meetings
• Communicate findings from promotion review meetings to the broader Medical team and elevate risk items to management as needed
• Stay current with FDA regulations and clinical data to ensure compliance and support for promotional materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical, Science, Marketing, Business, or Communications; PharmD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on medical affairs
• Strong project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Working knowledge of FDA and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines on advertising and promotion
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault Promo Mats or similar electronic review platforms
