Medical Publications Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of scientific publications, the full-time Medical Publications Lead will manage publication plans, lead manuscript development, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment for a temporary duration of 8 months.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with existing Publications Leads to support delivery of publication plans across priority programs
• Lead development and execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations while managing the publication lifecycle
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support publication planning discussions

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in life sciences; Ph.D. or equivalent preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in medical publications within pharma/biotech
• Strong knowledge of publication guidelines (ICMJE, GPP)
• Ability to operate independently with minimal onboarding
• Experience managing multiple deliverables and competing priorities
