Medical QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical QA Specialist I - AWW (Tues-Sat).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit exam reports from medical providers
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical coding and documentation
• Coordinate with medical providers for report clarifications and request additional appointments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
• Experience working with medical providers in roles such as credentialing or medical coding
• Understanding of case management software and electronic medical records
• Must pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
