Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement complex risk adjustment projects, managing medical record retrieval and coding inventory
• Present analysis and recommendations for client success
• Conduct high volume data analysis to review client inventory and suggest pathways to success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical record retrieval and risk adjustment, HEDIS, or RADV
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
