Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing medical records and interpreting clinical documentation
• Maintain workflow accuracy in clinical review activities
• Utilize digital tools effectively in a remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to this role
• Clinical background (LPN, RN, or similar) preferred
• Bilingual in English and Canadian French (preferred)
• Demonstrated client service skills
