Medical Records Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of medical records

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department preferred
• Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment such as fax and copier
• Internet speed of minimum 5Mbps required
