Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on all work to maintain confidentiality and proper invoicing
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and orderly work area

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment such as fax machines and copiers
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
