Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work to assure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional appearance and work area

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Ability to type 50 words per minute and operate office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
• Self-motivated, team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
