Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs based on professional experience in medical records
• Develop prompts for AI models reflecting workplace tasks and language
• Provide structured feedback to enhance the AI's understanding of the field

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 4 years of professional experience in medical records management
• Experience in compiling, maintaining, and protecting patient medical records
• Knowledge of assigning diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) and coding patient data
• Ability to facilitate data entry, retrieval, and resolve discrepancies
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs
