A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist for a remote night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of medical records
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns proactively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
