A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on all work to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of medical records
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a thorough understanding of requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
