Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all release of information requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on all work to maintain confidentiality and proper invoicing
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring understanding of requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use fax, copier, and scanning machines
• Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
