Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work and maintain equipment in excellent operating condition
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment like fax and scanners
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
