Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and in compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and orderly work area

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment like fax and scanning machines
• Self-motivated, team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
