Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote (After Hours - Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on work and maintain equipment in good operating condition
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
