Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Perform quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns proactively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
