Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Medical Records Processing Specialist will process medical record requests, manage high call volumes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process medical record requests efficiently within 24-48 hours of receipt
• Handle 30-40 customer calls daily regarding medical record inquiries
• Assist in overflow processing and maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI)

Required qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Dependable and quick learner with a positive attitude
• Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus
