Job Summary

To support the efficient processing of medical records, the full-time Medical Records Processing Specialist will manage requests in a fast-paced remote environment, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

Key responsibilities

• Processing medical record requests within 24-48 hours of receipt
• Assisting in overflow processing due to high volume or coverage issues
• Monitoring incoming requests and providing feedback on volume and issues

Required qualifications

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Dependable and quick learner with a positive attitude
• Experience in general office duties
• Team player willing to assist others as needed
