Job Summary

Processing medical record requests in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Medical Records Processing Specialist will manage high volumes of requests while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining confidentiality of PHI, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process medical record requests within 24-48 hours of receipt for assigned accounts
• Assist in overflow processing and monitor incoming requests through various channels
• Provide feedback on request volume and perceived issues to the Processing Manager
