Job Summary

To support the healthcare ecosystem, the full-time Medical Records Processing Specialist will process medical record requests in a fast-paced remote environment while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Process medical record requests and manage high volumes efficiently
• Monitor incoming requests and provide feedback on request volume and issues
• Assist in overflow processing and maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI)

Required qualifications

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
• Ability to process requests within 24-48 hours of receipt
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Dependable and quick learner with a positive attitude
