Job Summary
To support a growing health information management team, the full-time Medical Records Processing Specialist will process medical record requests, assist with overflow processing, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process medical record requests within 24-48 hours of receipt for assigned accounts
- Assist in overflow processing and monitor incoming requests in a fast-paced environment
- Provide feedback on request volume and maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI)
