Medical Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Reimbursement Analyst (Powerchair & CRT).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update payor rules for DME and HME products based on government and payor coverage criteria
• Collaborate with customers and software coders to ensure accurate rule implementation and testing
• Monitor healthcare policies and system outputs to maintain compliance and accuracy of coverage criteria

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in medical necessity, prior authorizations, and claims billing for power mobility devices
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare coverage criteria for wheelchairs and related components
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex policy guidelines
• High School degree or equivalent; must reside in the U.S. or U.S. Territories
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
