Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical reviews of potential eye donor charts to assess eligibility for transplantation
• Release donor charts for research and discard purposes
• Train staff on donor chart completion and the release process for research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) plus 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's degree (or equivalency)
• Associate's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline preferred
• 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
• Experience with medical terminology preferred
• Demonstrated human relations skills preferred
