Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Review Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the medical review process
- Maintain a well-trained staff
- Develop and implement medical review strategy to reduce error rate
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing or graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Five years of clinical and utilization review experience, including two years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Knowledge of government programs and guidelines, medical and legal terminology, and disease management and litigation processes
- Active RN licensure in the state hired or active compact multistate RN license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
