Job Summary
To ensure client satisfaction and smooth daily operations of medical exam and drug screening programs, the full-time Customer Care Specialist I (MRO) will oversee the exam lifecycle, compile results, and communicate with stakeholders, working in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees the full lifecycle of exams, ensuring quality and communication with all stakeholders
- Compiles and verifies exam results, forwarding necessary documentation to Medical Review
- Coordinates final exam billing and resolves any related issues with facilities and examinees
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
