Medical Safety Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Safety Contact Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints via telephone, email, and fax
• Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
• Execute drug safety data management processes, including call intake and case follow-up

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science, or related area with 1-2 years of safety experience
• BS/BA with 1-2 years of safety experience
• MA/MS/PharmD with 1-2 years of safety experience
• Associate degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience or 2 years of safety experience
• Non-degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience or 2 years of safety experience
