Medical Safety Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Safety Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operations of Medical Safety-related activities and initiatives
• Develop and maintain governance documents and procedural guidelines for the Organ Safety Advisory Panel (OSAP)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for OSAP operations and procurement transactions related to medical safety activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance (PV) or safety operations, with project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Experience managing contracts and governance documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
