Medical Scheduler

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time Medical Scheduler will coordinate and optimize work schedules for Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in a remote environment, ensuring compliance with coverage and patient care needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical staffing and execute real-time scheduling updates for call-ins and shift adjustments
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to monitor productivity metrics and make staffing adjustments as needed
• Communicate daily schedules and updates to staff while maintaining compliance with credentialing and contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of upward mobility
• High school diploma required; AA or BA preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
