Job Summary
To support clinical operations, the full-time Medical Scheduler will coordinate and optimize work schedules for Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in a remote environment, ensuring compliance with coverage and patient care needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical staffing and execute real-time scheduling updates for call-ins and shift adjustments
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to monitor productivity metrics and make staffing adjustments as needed
- Communicate daily schedules and updates to staff while maintaining compliance with credentialing and contractual obligations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of upward mobility
- High school diploma required; AA or BA preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
