Job Summary

To ensure a seamless patient experience, the fully remote Scheduler will coordinate procedures and appointments while optimizing schedules to support efficient patient flow in a collaborative Central Booking team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient procedures and appointments from pre- to post-care
• Optimize procedure schedules to maximize access to care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative partners to support patient flow

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of medical office experience required
