Job Summary

To ensure efficient patient flow and continuity of care, the remote Scheduler will manage the booking and scheduling of procedures and appointments while monitoring procedure room schedules in a part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule medical procedures and appointments to facilitate patient care
• Monitor procedure room schedules to maximize utilization and efficiency
• Coordinate pre- and post-procedure care to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of medical office experience required
