Medical Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

To drive operational success and enhance customer experience, the full-time Remote Recurring Care Specialist will coordinate nursing care by managing scheduling and communication with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize proprietary technology to schedule nursing visits and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift
• Respond to up to 30 inbound calls per shift, coordinating care and confirming scheduling details with empathy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle competing priorities
