Medical Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

To drive operational success in a remote environment, the full-time Recurring Care Specialist will coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, while managing scheduling tasks and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits for patients using proprietary and third-party technology platforms
• Manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets and answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift, ensuring timely resolution and communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service skills, able to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
