Job Summary
To support aspiring medical students, the part-time Medical School Admissions Consultant will advise clients on the admissions process, including school selection, personal statement editing, interviews, and financial aid, while working remotely from any location.
Key responsibilities
- Advise students on all aspects of the medical school admissions process, including school selection and application materials
- Communicate with students through email, video conference, and phone to provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with management to initiate student engagements and report on progress as needed
Required qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree is required
- First-hand expertise in the medical school admissions process as admissions staff, faculty, or professional consultant
- Experience in an advisory role with students seeking medical school admission
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
