Medical School Admissions Consultant

Job Summary

Currently in residency, the part-time remote Medical School Admissions Consultant will guide pre-med and medical school applicants through the admissions process, helping them strengthen their applications and navigate AMCAS and AACOMAS submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospective medical school candidates in building their profiles and drafting application materials
• Manage relationships with applicants and families, providing strategic guidance on school selection, essays, and interviews
• Stay informed on medical school admissions criteria to advise students on optimal program choices

Required qualifications

• Currently in a residency program (MD or DO)
• Graduated from a U.S. medical school
• Previous experience on a medical school admissions committee
• Passion for mentorship and coaching pre-med students
• Strong planning and organizational skills
