Job Summary
Currently in residency, the part-time Medical School Admissions Consultant will mentor and guide pre-med and medical school applicants through the admissions process, including application materials and school selection, in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assist prospective medical school candidates in building their profiles and drafting application materials
- Manage relationships with applicants and families, providing guidance on medical school selection and application strategies
- Stay informed on medical school admissions criteria to advise clients effectively
Required qualifications
- Currently in a residency program (MD or DO)
- Graduated from a U.S. medical school
- Previous experience on a medical school admissions committee
- Passion for mentorship and coaching pre-med students
- Strong planning and organizational skills
