Medical Science Liaison
Job Summary
To enhance relationships within the medical community, the full-time remote Medical Science Liaison will exchange medical information with healthcare professionals regarding myeloproliferative neoplasms and support the development of key opinion leaders while ensuring alignment with medical and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a reputable presence in the medical community and develop relationships with thought leaders and treatment advocates
- Provide high-quality medical support and communications, including leading medical education initiatives and managing studies aligned with medical objectives
- Maintain scientific expertise in hematology and oncology, preparing critical reviews of scientific literature and monitoring competitor activities
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field medical/MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Broad knowledge of general medicine, particularly in hematology and oncology
- Experience in planning and executing scientific studies and clinical trials
- Strong networking skills and ability to develop relationships with key thought leaders
